Technical Support Positions

Performance Connectivity is looking for engineers in the area of desktop support, networking and information security.

BASIC JOB DUTIES:
Analyze, test, troubleshoot and support desktop and network systems.

This position requires excellent organizational skills, detailed oriented, clear communication and documentation.
1) Interface effectively with customers to foster a cooperative, team-based approach to timely problem resolution – local or remote.
2) Effectively communicate to all levels to technical and non-technical customers and staff members.
3) Be flexible, have high energy, with the ability to handle multiple demands in a fast pace environment.
4) Identify opportunities and implement solutions to streamline workflow.

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- A minimum of 3 years related technical experience in Desktop/Server OS, Office Applications and support..
- Must have working knowledge of routing, Internet technologies and TCP/IP.
- Knowledge of Linux, Apple, a plus
- Any Cisco, Microsoft certification is a plus.


Job requires local travel to customer sites as well as occasional night and weekend service.
Must have own car. (Expenses are paid).
Compensation based on experience and technical skills.

Sales Positions

Performance Connectivity is hiring an Account Executive to help us continue our impressive growth rate. This is an exciting opportunity for a solution oriented sales professional to join one of the fastest growing providers of IT support/outsourcing for small and medium size businesses.

This is a “hunter” position responsible for new client sales in small to medium size businesses (20-200 employees). An Account Executive needs to build strong business relationships based upon trust and providing value. To be successful you need to have the ability to listen to and understand a prospect’s business needs and to successfully propose the solution.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS)
• Minimum of 7 years sales experience with recent experience selling to Senior Executives in small to medium size firms
• Minimum of 4 years experience selling IT services (managed IT services, network integration, systems integration, hosting, subscription software services, IT management and support)
• Consultative sales experience includes; probing for business impact, multiple decision makers, multi-year contract, long sales cycle, customized service offering
Responsibilities include:
• Meeting or exceeding quota. Prospecting – identifying and qualifying customers through cold calling, leveraging personal contacts, following up on company generated leads
• Personally attending network events, conferences and tradeshows to build relationships that will create new business opportunities. Building trust and value with partners to develop leads
• Keeping your leads, opportunities and deals up-to-date with automation tools
• Pipeline Management – balancing sales activity for prospects to ensure consistent sales performance each month
